Ordered $130 plus in pods and five days later it’s still not here. Called and they want to reship it out, and it’s another five day wait. I said no thanks, refund my order and cancel my account. Their shipping is not what it used to be and I’m switching to Starbucks. ️ Bye Felicia.

Bought Nespresso machine for my mother. Called 800 n 877 # multiple times and days and gave up after 15 mins. Tried ordering by Web site and will not accept my email address. Sent complaint/begging them to call me for ordering...crazy, trying to buy and there is no way!!! This is so stupid because easy to fix. Will not buy myself or company one with these badic problems! Frustrated in Florida

This is the worse coffee machine that you can buy. I stored my new machine for a year and now it won’t work and the company wants $75 dollars to fix or buy one hundred dollars in coffee and the will fix it free. bIG SCAM!!!!
