Verified ReviewerMy machine is 3 yrs old and has been a problem from the start. Recently it has become a major problem. I have spoken to customer service 4 time & did 4 different video live with them.
They could not fix the machine after all. The warranty is only for one year!
I bought mine in 2021. Now, I am forced to buy a new one with only a 35% discount. The warranty should be five years, like with other appliances, and if they can't fix it on the 4th try, then they should replace it with a minimum of 50% off plus overnight the new machine! I bought the same machine for my daughter in NY in 2020, and she has never had problems.
She maintains that when she's here, mine was a lemon from the beginning. First, it was super loud, then it stopped making coffee, so with customer service on video, I had to run different fixes and descale the machine. Then it started to sound like it was making coffee but didn't, then the last call today, I awoke to a flooded counter. So after four attempts to fix the machine, I was told it needed replacing!
Then I was gouged to pay $130, which included only a 35% off. It had better come with a frother! And I have to wait a week! So, I set it in a dish to protect my counter from the flooding.
Terrible one-year warranty, terrible price for a broken machine and terrible wait time! Shame on you, Nespresso!

The code is good. But you can get the pods
From Starbucks.
The customer service sucks with a capital s. Especially in the Scottsdale az store.
Literally hate every aspect of that store from the entrance to the exit. The long delays
To just pay overpriced amounts for the oosss made me want to throw the item down and walk out which is what I did

On my third Nespresso machine and it just stops working after six months
My third machine each one I've had after six months just quits working it just won't do anything I don't understand what I've gone through so many machines,
Their Software and Emails are Terrible
When you try to click on a special offer via email or software you get web page not available or it's in the German language. If you switch to English the offer no longer exists.
If you call Nespresso they blame it on you or your software. I have no trouble with anyone else. They advertise 10 offers on the top of their emails but you can't get to them. When you call they say they've expired.
FALSE ADVERTISING! This company is owned by the Swiss Co.
Nestlé.
SHAME ON YOU! Get your act together.

I ordered 2 sleeves of Blend no.1 to try. The coffee was very dilute and tasted like water with a tinge of coffee.
It appeared I had a bad lot. I tried reaching them through chat. The person told me to hold for 3-4 minutes and had me waiting for over 20 minutes and stopped responding. I then called the customer service line where the first person told me that she would need to transfer me to a specialist.
I held for an additional 20 minutes to speak with Samoi. She informed me that she would need to video me in so that I can show her that the coffee was in fact dilute. I told her I was at the office and that the machine was at home. I asked her why the original person did not inform me that I needed to be near the machine and the pod to receive a refund or new sleeves.
She did not have an answer and told me I would need to call back. I asked her if we could set up a time so I didn't have to hold for such a long time and she said no. I'm not sure how Samoi thinks that she can tell a dilute coffee from a video. I know she cannot taste the coffee through the video.
The sleeves are $20 each and the pods make coffee that taste like hot water with a splash of coffee.
Nespresso needs to do better. I have been a loyal customer since 2018.

Instead of spending/wasting a lot of money on the commercial with George Clooney, and filling his pocket with the money he doesn't need and doesn't deserve, it would be much more graceful and honorable to spend that money on helping and improving/bettering farmers' life who grows the coffee for you!

Horrible and utter disregard for customers
I have been placing my orders via their app and most of the time they ship it in 10 days 10 days! I am besides myself that as well you cant get ahold of anyone !
Utter and complete lack of communication and disregard for their customers which they depend on. Dont bite the hand that feeds you is not something that crosses their mind it seems since no one is responding ever!!
Preferred solution: I’d like to be offended some kind of gift card or anything they never give their customers anything in place of them completely disregarding their customer needs!

Had to call to address issue and call again when there was an issue with the response, delayed or lost order, making for a considerable delay.

NEVER placing an order agin. delivery is the worst ever that i have experienced. I will not be using this company ever again.
no refund only replacement of order not received and then the replacement order not placed.
Preferred solution: this order has been looked after. I am complaining.
Issues with machine
My machine has not been functioning correctly, and again Nespresso took care of the issue and gave me a new machine. Very impressed with the way they handle their customers.

When it comes to brewing the coffee, only gothic ones fall. I have to put it on several times to be able to brew a cup of coffee.

Unsatisfied with your warranty policy
I put your tempered alto mugs in my dishwasher and it broke in the dishwasher
And your warranty department and service department refuse to warrantee the broken mug, which I received a week ago
