Nespresso - Horrible customer service and delivery
If a customer really wants Nespresso, no alternatives, go get it. Delivery is HORRIBLE This is mostly due to Ninja Van being the provider, but the Nespresso CS Team is totally useless.

Ordered online for Christmas and not delivered. Multiple contacts with this company with no resolution. They have given me false information false phone numbers and have lied when they told me I would get my refund back. I would never buy from this company again

Yorkdale nespresso has THE WORST customer service. Every time I go into the store they are beyond rude and uninformed about their products.

Nespresso - Where the f is my coffee?
Ordered $130 plus in pods and five days later it’s still not here. Called and they want to reship it out, and it’s another five day wait. I said no thanks, refund my order and cancel my account. Their shipping is not what it used to be and I’m switching to Starbucks. ️ Bye Felicia.
