Nespresso - Service counter.

Staf selling Coffee capsules in 3 central locations very rude and unfriendly. Would probably buy more if friendlier. Just rude and cold. Each time ask for name and postal code...why??? ...never heard anything from them!!

There is no option to select less than 10 capsules. Sleeves are how they package it and they’re not going to ship you a box filled with packaging peanuts and unboxed capsules....

Nespresso - Horrible customer service and delivery

If a customer really wants Nespresso, no alternatives, go get it. Delivery is HORRIBLE This is mostly due to Ninja Van being the provider, but the Nespresso CS Team is totally useless.
