Nespresso - Horrible customer service
Their customer service is just horrible...I had to spend 40 min with a guy who had problems spelling my name and my email in order to transfer me to their technician. The technician was OK. Rigidity is part of their culture!

Nespresso - Awful service
This isn't the first time. They get large orders wrong. You have to throw a fit before they decide to rectify it. Then they act as if they're doing you a favor by doing right by you -- when they screwed up in the first place. They promise 4-day delivery (it's in writing) --- it takes over 6 business days.

Nespresso - Bad service
I am an expat who move country regularly. Every time I move I have to buy new machine. I end up buying 4 machines so far. Now I move to Thailand and the same happen. It really upset me, and no Nespresso from now on.
