wow I cannot believe what horrible customer service. My mother had purchased a Nespresso VertuoLine machine for me for my housewarming present.

Since then every order has either been incorrect or the coffee tasted really bitter and stale. Calling the Nespresso club customer service line they cannot do anything but make excuses. When I tried to place another order for all other plans that were semi-OK they weren't able to provide me with any kind of discount whatsoever. I spoke to the supervisor who is absolutely scared to do anything for me.

These member of supervisors have zero authority and I feel they are scared by these Nazi supreme powers and espresso because they will lose their job if they even gave me a mere 10% off my order. Shame on them for losing YET ANOTHER customer!
