I ordered coffee and paid. 10 days later still no coffee.

I have emailed 4 times to check on it. They promise product in 4 days and it has been 10. They promise to answer to all emails in 24 hours. It has been days and no response at all.

The product is evidently lost as UPS said USPS has it and USPS said they are still waiting. It is only coming from across the state - a 3 hour drive. I have had to file my own claim. I will not order from them again.

They do not stand by their promises. At least acknowledge you are looking into it...don't just ignore your customers.

Product or Service Mentioned: Nespresso Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $122.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Customer service and delivery.
