My machine is 3 yrs old and has been a problem from the start. Recently it has become a major problem. I have spoken to customer service 4 time & did 4 different video live with them.

They could not fix the machine after all. The warranty is only for one year!

I bought mine in 2021. Now, I am forced to buy a new one with only a 35% discount. The warranty should be five years, like with other appliances, and if they can't fix it on the 4th try, then they should replace it with a minimum of 50% off plus overnight the new machine! I bought the same machine for my daughter in NY in 2020, and she has never had problems.

She maintains that when she's here, mine was a lemon from the beginning. First, it was super loud, then it stopped making coffee, so with customer service on video, I had to run different fixes and descale the machine. Then it started to sound like it was making coffee but didn't, then the last call today, I awoke to a flooded counter. So after four attempts to fix the machine, I was told it needed replacing!

Then I was gouged to pay $130, which included only a 35% off. It had better come with a frother! And I have to wait a week! So, I set it in a dish to protect my counter from the flooding.

Terrible one-year warranty, terrible price for a broken machine and terrible wait time! Shame on you, Nespresso!

I want to return my Nespresso as the coffee is not hot and definitely not happy with this product. The representative I talked with told me she would send me a label in order to return it. It’s been over 24 hours and I have not received it yet. It shouldn’t take that long to email me that. Very disappointed!!!

I was trying to descale my machine, and it was not working. I called Nespresso customer service and they were able to email me a link to connect to a video. The customer service rep was able to walk me through the steps to do it correctly.
