Nespresso - Frustrated by theirfailed customer service

Bought Nespresso machine for my mother. Called 800 n 877 # multiple times and days and gave up after 15 mins. Tried ordering by Web site and will not accept my email address. Sent complaint/begging them to call me for ordering...crazy, trying to buy and there is no way!!! This is so stupid because easy to fix. Will not buy myself or company one with these badic problems! Frustrated in Florida

Nespresso - Milk steamer

The lining on the inside of the milk steamer is peeling. Only covered by a one-year warranty, even, it seems, in the case of a production flaw. Unsure if it is safe for my family to use, so we have put it away. Since I have to write at least 100 words, I have to do this: {{Redacted}}
