Nespresso - CLUELESS
My machine suddenly stopped working, i called and after troubleshooting the employee and her manager stated they will be sending me a loaner machine. 5 days later i called for the status and apparently NOTHING had been done, so now its going to be another 5 business days to get my machine. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from Shameeca and her manager Latoya plus the other 2 clueless employees i spoke to last week!
DO NOT RECOMMEND. WOULD TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!
how can they promote themselves as having superior customer service while all they have are people who do not care about the service they are providing?? completely shocked by the LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
